    My sister-in-law Roxy is 55 years old.At or around birth she was diagnosed with CP. Over the years she was told that her "palsy was getting worse". Now she is seeing a doctor who is certain that she has MS. He told her that with DRP the symptoms "come-and-go". He is sending her to another neurologist in Pittsburgh in February. Until then he is increasing her dosage of Neurontin to 2700 mg daily. He says he is sure that she has MS because she is having trouble emptying her bladder. Does this
