There are great things going on, loads of wonderful new opportunities, and I've had a hard time keeping my journal up to date.  My brother, who set up our website, hosts it, runs it.....you get the picture, has posted a few of my personal emails that I send out to a large group of friends, to help keep you up to date on what's going on in the past week.  Thanks, Raymond, you are awesome!! 

We have been swamped with interviews and media opportunities.  As they say, "it's all good"!  It's all good because every opportunity is a chance to reach someone who has been misdiagnosed, every opportunity is a chance to push for FDA approval on using sequencing as a diagnostic tool, it's all good because every opportunity is a chance to bring hope to so many people who desperately need hope...

I've had many people reach out to us after viewing the Good Morning America piece, hearing NPR's talk radio piece done on our family, reading the front page of the Houston Chronicle, the list goes on.  I am meeting with several of the family members who have reached out to me over the last week, I'm praying that we will share something that will help their children.  We have open doors, right now, to get as much exposure as possible, to reach people who need to hear this information, the doors are open and we need to push through, getting as many people through those doors as possible....we're praying for new life for many, for hope, for strength, for answers.

I'll be posting old emails, from years ago, intertwined with new updates.  I think it brings encouragement to see what's happened in the past and I think it's also an incredible reflection on what's happening right now.
