Alexis has committed to run track in college this fall and Noah will be headed to NAU
My little girl, the very same one we were looking at wheelchairs and feeding tubes for, has committed to run track for Biola this fall. She is going to college AND she will be competitively running! Both are dreams that we never thought possible when Alexis was 5 years old. We never even thought she would live independently as she was trapped inside her non-functioning body. But here she is, running, full of life, doing things beyond our wildest imaginations, and we are thanking God for amazing answers to prayer! Biola has posted her commitment on their website and you can check it out by going to: http://athletics.biola.edu/news/2015/3/12/TRACK_0312150029.aspx
Noah has committed to attend Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. He has dreamed of attending NAU since he was in 5th grade. Noah applied to only one school, got in, and will be living out a dream he has carried around for many years. They are growing up, they are giving back, and they are passionate about sharing their story with others and ushering in change in our world. I can't begin to tell you the number of lives we've already seen changed and we continue to hear of many others that have been affected by hearing their story. We are honored, blessed, and humbled to be a part of God's plan!
